Krishnapatnam Beach is situated approximately 20 kms southeast in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. Picturesque with calm and clear water, golden sandy shores and the adjacent Krishnapatnam Lighthouse, which offers panoramic views of the coastline. The beach is well maintained. One can enjoy beach walks, swimming, and photography. The beautiful fishing village of krishnapatnam is another attraction.

The port now has 10 strong water berths (for coal, iron ore and overall ca). Krishnapatnam port is one of the very few ports in the globe capable of handling 1,50,000 tons of gigantic vessels with load capacity.

Krishnapatnam Lighthouse

The lighthouse is situated close to Krishnapatanam port-on the northern banks of River Kandeleru. The lighthouse trestle was constructed during 1940’s. This plays a crucial role in guiding maritime traffic to the nearby Krishnapatnam Port and offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Bengal and the surrounding area.

By Air: The nearest airport to Nellore is Tirupati. It is located at a distance of 128 km and can be driven-to in about 2 hours and 20 minutes.

By Train:  Nellore has a railway station and one can easily reach Nellore from different cities of the country by train.

By Bus: Buses ply between Nellore and other cities of the state and beyond regularly.
