Jog Falls is the second highest waterfalls in India, there are totally 1400 steps approximately to the falls. These falls are the tributaries of the river Shabarmathi. There are many stalls near the falls serving hot foodies, which is a perfect combo for the weather at the falls.

At the backwaters there are many adventure water sports like kayaking, boating, river rafting also one can trek to the falls. The falls measures a height of 253 meters. These falls looks spectacular during monsoons.

Sharavathi River also known as the golden river is the tributary of this spectacular fall of Karnataka. The river Sharavathi gives away the backwaters. Many adventure water sports like: River Rafting, Kayaking (Allowed With Guide), Boating.

Monday to Saturday : 7:15 AM – 8:15 PM.
Sunday : 7:15 AM – 9:15 PM.
Duration: 1 – 2 Hours.

Sunday : 07:15 PM to 09:15 PM.

Jog Falls Trekking Fee: 3000/- Per Person.
Parking Fee: 30/-
Personal Guide Fee: 400/- Per Head.
Best Time to Visit: June to September, Monsoon Seasons.
*Note: Trekking can be booked from resorts available near Jog Falls. Trekking Cost depends on the type of hotel booking and on Season.
