The Masula Beach Festival 2025 is set to take place at Manginapudi Beach in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, from June 5 to June 8, 2025. Machilipatnam beach festival has been named Masula, which is the ancient name of the port town. This four-day event aims to celebrate and showcase the rich cultural heritage, traditions, and coastal spirit of Andhra Pradesh.

Activities and Highlights

  • Inauguration: The festival will commence on June 5 with the unveiling of a 100-foot national flag, symbolizing unity and pride.
  • Cultural Programs: From June 6 to 8, attendees can enjoy a variety of cultural performances, including traditional dances, music concerts, and exhibitions of local art forms like Kalamkari.
  • Sports and Adventure Activities: The festival will feature competitions such as Beach Kabaddi and Kayaking, with around 2,000 participants from across India. Adventure enthusiasts can partake in activities like  heli rides, paragliding, speed boats, jet skis, and bungee jumping. A 2K run to kick off the event.
  • Artistic Attractions: The festival grounds will be adorned with replicas of Amaravati and the Assembly Tower as entry arches.
  • Culinary Delights: Visitors can savor regional specialties, including the famous Bandar Laddu and Halwa. A highlight will be the preparation of a 100-foot Dosa by expert chefs, aiming for a Guinness World.
