Sree Kalabhairava Swamy Temple,Isannapally is a famous temple located in Isannapally Village, Ramareddy mandal, Kamareddy district, Telangana State. Lord Shiva is Worshipped as Sri Kalabhairava Swamy in this temple. This is the only Kalabhairava temple in South India after Kashi.

According to the history, the temple is present from the past 200 years. The Kalabhairava swamy idol belongs to 13th century during the ruling of Domakonda rulers. Ramareddy village consists of astabhairavas on eight sides and the villagers believe that the village is protected by the bhairavas. On the eeshanyam side Sree Kalabhairava Swamy is present.

Sri Kalaybhairava Swamy Jayanthi is celebrated grandly on Karthika Bahulashtami and a huge crowd gathers to see the celebration.
