Haveri District
Haveri is a district in the state of Karnataka, India. According to the official district website, Haveri covers an area of about 4,823 sq. km with a population of 15,97,668, and lies roughly at the center of Karnataka, serving as the gateway district to the state’s northern districts. The district is known for cardamom garlands and the marketing of Byadgi red chillies.
