• Thousand Pillar Temple — built in the 12th century by the Kakatiya king Rudra Deva, known for its intricately carved pillars, a massive Nandi carved from a single rock, and rock-cut elephants.
• Bhadrakali Temple — an ancient temple between Warangal and Hanamkonda dedicated to Goddess Bhadrakali, whose stone idol is about 2.7 metres tall.
• Warangal Fort — built in the 13th century by King Ganapati Deva and enhanced by his daughter Rani Rudrama Devi, with three layered circular fortifications.
• Khush Mahal — a 14th-century audience hall built during Tughlaq rule, with arched openings on four sides.
• Kakatiya Rock Garden — about 5 km from Warangal Fort, with rock sculptures of animals and a manmade lake with boating.
