About Andhra Pradesh
Andhra Pradesh travel runs from hill temples and ancient shrines to long beaches. According to the state tourism authority, the state has a long coastline, beaches, backwaters, forest areas and pilgrimage destinations. Lepakshi is known for its temple shrines to Shiva, Vishnu and other deities, Coringa holds the second largest stretch of mangrove forest in India, and Lambasingi (at 1,025 m) is described as the only place in South India that sees snowfall.
