Medak District

Medak district is located in the northern region of Telangana, with its headquarters at Medak. The district shares boundaries with Sangareddy, Kamareddy, Siddipet and Medchal districts. The Qutub Shahis named the Medak region Gulshanabad because of its lush greenery.
