Guntur District

Guntur District is one of the 9 districts in the Coastal Andhra region of Andhra Pradesh, with its administrative headquarters at Guntur. Mangalagiri, within the district, is described on the official district tourism page as famous since pre-historic times and as “a hill of bliss” owing to the Panakala Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple located there.
